Fennel, Apple & Walnut Salad

This crispy, crunchy spring salad pairs perfectly with pork sausages at a BBQ.

Fennel, apple & walnut salad



1 Fennel bulb thinly sliced

1/2 Cup fennel fronds roughly chopped 

2 Pink Lady apples, halved and cored, thinly sliced 

1/2 Cup walnuts roughly chopped

1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp Honey


Combine the fennel bulb, apples and olive oil in a large bowl.

Drizzle with honey, then toss to combine.

Sprinkle fennel fronds on top to serve
